It is a 1.5 mega pixel camera with 0.5 inch CCD sensor that offers high resolution images. It has a max resolution of 640 x 480. A 3x true optical zoom lens and a 2x digital zoom of this camera extends effective focal length up to 210 mm. It has a 25cm macro focus and has both optical and LCD view finders. Integral 5-mode flash feature is an added advantage of this digital camera.
This digital camera has a video output of NTSC and PAL. Toshiba PDR-M3 1.5 MP Digital Camera has a shutter speed of ¼ to 1/1000.
