Sony has managed to pack excellent image quality and some interesting features in the easy to use Sony W270 Digital Camera. This digital camera has a dimension of 97.6x56.6x22.6 mm and weighs about 135 grams. The Sony W270 12MP Digital Camera comes with an image resolution of 12.1 mega-pixels that guarantees large sized high quality prints. The device works on BIONZ image processor that promises superb image clarity, rich colour gradation, better noise reduction and faster image processing system. It provides a 5x optical zoom and a 10x digital zoom. The optical and digital zoom of a camera determines the amount of magnification that can be provided to any image. However unlike the digital zoom, the optical zoom does not affect the image clarity.
Sony W270 Digital Camera is equipped with a 2.7-inch LCD monitor wherein you can preview the subjects before firing the shutter. Its Intelligent Scene Recognition that autonomously adjusts the exposure and other settings for better looking results. Its wide lens allows you to pack more information such as landscapes, architectural details, etc. into each and every scene. Also it includes an enhanced face detection technology that lets you shoot excellent portraits of family and friends. The smile shutter function automatically releases the shutter when a smiling subject is spotted.
