The ultra compact Olympus FE-370 Black Digital Camera designed to suit both amateur and experienced photographers weighs a mere 4.5 oz and has dimensions of Width 3.7 in, Depth 1 in and Height 2.2 in. For high quality image capturing, it comes with an 8MP optical CCD sensor of size 1/2.35″ and a high magnification lens which enables 4x digital zoom and 5x optical zoom.
The zoom lens has F/3.5-5.6 aperture and supports a focal length of 6.3 mm – 31.5 mm. With TTL contrast detection for auto focus, it adjusts the focus automatically and the minimum and macro focus ranges are 60cm and 3cm respectively. The lens is well constructed in 6 groups/ 8 elements and features a built-in lens shield and aspherical lens.
It enables motorized drive zoom adjustment. This Olympus battery charger has in built flash with effective range of 0.1 m – 3.8 m and the several flash modes available include Fill-in mode, auto mode, flash OFF mode and red-eye reduction.

For memory, it has 48MB integrated storage space and xD-Picture Card/ MicroSD Card support for expansion of memory. The file formats supported are AVI (digital video) and JPEG (still image). The supported video capture resolutions are AVI – 640 x 480 – 30 fps, AVI – 640 x 480 – 15 fps and AVI – 320 x 240 – 30 fps.
In addition, it sports a 2.7” LCD colour display of TFT technology and 230,000 pixels display format which allows image/video viewing. It has a built in microphone for voice recording.
