Sized at just 87 x 54 x 18mm the Minox DC 6011 Slim as the name suggests is a slender, ultra-sleek-and-compact, camera just barely larger than the Minox spy camera. Although small, performance wise the Minox is a brave heart. With a maximum resolution of 6 million pixels this camera sits in the top-league of ultra-flat, highly compact digital cameras. The Minox DC 6011 large 2.5" TFT display and a 3X optical zoom (35-105 mm equivalence) with a 4X digital zoom, in a design par excellence stainless steel body giving rise to a stylish product on shelf that can be easily carried in any trendy purse or pocket.
The Minox DC6011 slim enables you to make voice recordings and video-clips to accompany the images taken. For recording and playback the Minox DC6011 has an integrated microphone and a built-in loud speaker. The camera uses an SD card (1 GB) to store images. It is powered by a lithium ion battery.
The main features of the Minox DC 6011 slim are a 6 megapixel CCD image sensor and a multi-coated MINOCTAR lens that combines perfectly together working with the electronic signal processing of the camera, the camera is able to produce good sharp images with natural color. The camera has a 3X optical zoom with the help of which the lens copes with numerous photographic situations. The fast and precise auto-focus and the minimal delay in shutter release both allow spontaneous captures and fast-image sequence. The high resolution sensor offers excellent printouts as well as enlargements of the images without loss of detail. The camera has a docking station for convenient transfer of image files. There is an automatic white-balance feature for optimum exposure even under changing light conditions ensuring natural color output everytime. Four different flash modes alongside the possibility to adjust ISO sensitivity of the sensor in three stages also allows optimum output under varying conditions of light. The maximum image resolution is 2816 x 2112 and the minimum image resolution is 640 x 480 pixels. This 6MP digital camera has a maximum shutter speed of 1/1000 sec and a minimum shutter speed of 1/2 second. There is a large 2.5" TFT display that almost occupies whole of the camera's back. It also includes a lithium ion battery, 32MB SD card, ever-ready case, wrist strap, and an operator's manual and CD-Rom with softwares and drivers.
