The new Fuji Finepix F460 digital camera features a large LCD panel at the backside of the camera. This LCD panel has a size of 2.5 inches and also supports a display resolution of 115,000 pixels. Basic camera functionalities
The new Fuji Finepix F460 digital camera is a 5.1 mega pixel camera. This compact camera uses an optical CCD image sensor or capturing the images and it also supports an optical zooming capability of 3x and also a digital zooming up to 4.1x. The lens used in the camera is a 35 mm zoom lens that supports auto focus as well as manual focus adjustment feature.

The new Fuji Finepix F460 digital camera allows you to take good quality still images as well as video images. The still images can be taken in 640 x 480 pixel resolution, 2592 x 1944 pixel resolution, 2592 x 1768 pixel resolution, 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution and 1600 x 1200 pixel resolution. Where as the video images supports a VGA resolution of 640 x 480 pixels at a speed of 30 frames per second and the maximum movie length depends up on the free memory size supported by the camera. The video images are supported by the AVI file format while the still images are saved ad JPEG file formats.
Other functionalities of the camera
The new Fuji Finepix F460 digital camera also comes integrated with various flash modes that support the integrated flash of the camera. The flash modes supported by the camera include Flash Off, Auto Flash, Fill-in Flash, Red-eye Reduction Flash and Slow Sync.
The Fuji Finepix F460 digital camera also supports a range of interfaces allowing the device to communicate with other compatible devices. This includes a USB interface, video out interface and more.
The other general features supported by the camera include self-timer, tripod mount, integrated speaker and microphone; PictBridge capability and the camera also feature a 13 MB of internal memory to store the images and video clips.

This is a fabulous model. This camera has the CCD solution for capturing the pictures in the contrast modes. This camera has both good and bad aspects.
Great camera. Had mine for 2 years, took great pictures, slim small design but the CCD sensor went out and can’t be replaced. Fuji customer service is poor.
I have an F460 and for the first 18 months it worked fabulously and then it started to add lines to all my photos. The video part still works but not the photos. Fuji have not been helpful at all and there are heaps of comments online that this is a common problem with this model.
