Nikon has introduced yet another gizmo for professional photographers, the Nikon D3 Digital SLR Camera. This camera has been designed keeping the requisites of professional photographers and it proudly imbibes Nikon's state-of-art technology.
Nikon-D3 12MP Digital Camera has a picture resolution of 12.1 mega-pixels; though this is less compared to the other professional cameras in the market today, its other exceptional features enable it to stand out in the crowd. The D3 shoots continuously at the rate of 9fps and comes with a higher light sensitivity of ISO 6400. This ensures that the shots taken are sharper and clearer. If exceptionally high quality images are desired then the sensitivity can be set to ISO-equivalent 25,600. This Nikon autofocus digital camera incorporates Nikon's EXPEED digital imaging concept. It is a quick response camera with 0.12 sec start-up time and 37ms of shutter release time lag.
Nikon-D3 Digital Camera with 51 Point Auto-Focus features 15 cross type sensors that can maximise the potential of the lens. It provides two memory slots thus users can now connect two Compact Flash cards to increase the existing memory capacity. A new Picture Control System has been integrated into the camera which enables you to create pictures with desired tones. Additionally it also includes the Scene Recognition feature that automatically detects the surrounding areas and adjusts the camera's scenic mode accordingly. This widget is equipped with a 170-degree viewing angle and a 3-inch VGA LCD monitor for viewing images. The LCD monitor can also display the percentage of battery charge remaining and the number of shots taken since last charge. The camera's Active D-Lighting function optimises the reproduction of tone in both shadowy areas, as well as high-lit areas.
Nikon-D3 Digital Camera supports 14 languages and comes with 48 custom functions. It includes slots for USB connectivity, HDMI video-out connectivity, a PC Sync flash terminal and a remote control 10-pin terminal. It has the dimensions of 160 x 157 x 88 mm and weighs 1240 grams. The accessories provided with this SLR camera include a rechargeable Li-ion battery, a quick charger, a USB cable, an A/V cable, a camera strap, a body cap, an accessory shoe-cap, an eyepiece, a battery chamber cover, and a software CD-ROM along with a user's guide. Users can additionally purchase a wireless transmitter, a magnifying eyepiece, an AC adapter and an Image Authentication Software.
