Olympus introduces the E-PL1, the third addition to its PEN Digital Cameras

Olympus has introduced the E-PL1, the third addition to its PEN Digital Cameras. The E-PL1 is a micro four third digital camera. On the outside, it looks quite identical to its current PEN, but, this time around, it also includes an integrated pop-up flash as well. The E-PL1 comes with impressive features such as a 12.3 megapixels image sensor, HD video recording, ISO range of 100 to 3200, in-camera panorama, face detection and also 19 scene modes.
Olympus E-PL1 is all set for launch anytime in March and is available in a choice of blue, black and gold finishes. It weighs close to 300 grams and has dimensions of 114.6 x 72.14 x 41.4 mm. The E-PL1 is enabled with a f3.5/5.6 14-42mm zoom lens. It is enabled with HDMI, USB and all for connectivity and is powered by Li-Ion battery. With simple operations, high quality images, in-camera creativity and interchangeable lenses, this digital camera offers a compact multimedia package.
