GE, has introduced its latest J-series of compact digital cameras; J1050 and J1250. Both of them are reported to include a host of advanced features such as pan-capture panorama for smooth wide angle shots, face, smile and blink detection, auto scene selection and more. Both the cameras apparently measure about 0.8-inch in thickness and feature a 2.7-inch LCD screen with brightness adjustment factor.
While the J1050 is a 10 mega-pixel camera, the J1250 sports a 12 mega-pixel sensor for capturing images with fine details. Additionally, the image stabilisation technique has been provided for compensating the blur caused due to camera shakes. These two digital compacts also feature an in-camera red-eye removal.
Both the digicams has a 5x optical zoom lens and are available in attractive colours. Expected to hit the stores shortly, the J1050 costs $119.95 while the J1250 is priced at $139.99.
