Panasonic has announced the Panasonic Lumix DMC G1 Digital Camera, which is a high end tough and rugged camera with lots of interesting features. The Panasonic Lumix DMC G1 12MP Digital Camera uses Live MOS sensor that comes with a resolution of 12.1 mega-pixels. A higher sensor resolution helps deliver superior quality images. Olympus has introduced another shockproof, waterproof and freezeproof camera; the Olympus MJU 850SW Digital Camera.
The Olympus MJU 850SW 8MP Digital Camera comes with a 1/2.35-inch CCD sensor that has a resolution of 8 mega-pixels. A higher image resolution produces superior quality images. It weighs about 136 grams and has a dimension of 93.6 x 60.9 x 21.3 mm.
