The Optio I-10 is the most advanced among the three gadgets. It carries a price tag of £199 and will be hitting stores in February 2010. It sports a 12MP resolution with 5x digital zoom. Videos can be captured at 1280x720 pixels and a frame rate of 30fps. The device allows in-camera editing and tilting. The other features of the Optio I-10 are mechanical sensor-shift image stabilisation, Digital panorama stitching and automatic D-Range enhancer. An optional wireless remote control will as well be available with the deal.
The Optio H90 is the next in line, among the Pentax releases. This gizmo is already out in the market and costs £129.99. It is a 10 Megapixel camera with a 2.7" screen. Video recording is possible at 30 frames per second and a resolution of 640x480 pixels. This gadget is capable of detecting faces, smiles and blinks as well. It is said to be capable of detecting up to 32 faces, which could include dogs and cats too. The other features it offers are auto scene selection and digital panorama stitching.
The third in the category is the Optio E90. It is the least expensive among the trio. You'll be spending just £79.99 to pocket this device. The Optio E90 has already made its way on to market shelves in the UK. This one too is a 10MP camera with a 2.7" screen and lets you shoot stills as well as videos. In its black or burgundy coloured attire, this digicam also does look attractive like its other siblings.
