For the PC connections, this unique camera has the operating system supports of MS windows XP, MS Windows 2000, and Ms Windows ME for easy access and peripheral devices of USB Port and CD-ROM Drive. The built-in Display Form Factor and LCD display- TFT active matrix –2.4 inch colour, the images tend to be of excellent quality.
The W x D x H is 8.9 cm x 2.9 cm x 6.1 cm, which makes this 6MP Digital Camera easy to hold, and the weight is just 130 g. Despite its small size, the camera has additional features of Audio recording, direct print, and auto power save, date/time stamp, display brightness control, sharpness control, PictBridge support, Resizing an image and saturation controls. The lens focus of BenQ DC C630 Digital Camera comprises of the Auto focus with TTl Contrast Detection, built-in Lens shield and the focal length can be adjusted between 5.4mm and 16.2mm. The adjustments are automatic, lens aperture is F /2.8 –4.8, optical zoom is 3 x with motorised drive in zoom adjustment. The shooting modes can be varied from shooting landscapes, portrait modes, night mode and anti shake mode, while the special effects can be adjusted from black and white to Sepia.

This camera comes under compact camera type with the USB connectivity of USB 2.0. The storage media accessible with this camera is smart media card. The flash in this Benq 10.1 Megapixel digital camera is an integrated one. The optical sensor in this camera is of a CCD type.
