This camera comes under compact camera type with the USB connectivity of USB 2.0. The storage media accessible with this camera is smart media card. The flash in this product is an integrated one. The sensor resolution of this camera is 5 mega pixels. The optical sensor type is CCD. The effective sensor resolution is 5000000 pixels and the gross sensor resolution is 5300000 pixels. The digital zoom of this Canon Ixus 50 Digital Camera is 4x.
SHOOTING PROGRAMS
As a digital camera this too has got lots of modes. Some of the shooting programs are Indoor, Underwater, Kids & pets, Digital macro, Portrait mode, Stitch assist, Night snapshot.
