Smart looks compliment Samsung NV11 Black Digital Camera that predominantly presents an improved overall performance. The form factor seems a bit large yet compact, and is developed with dimensions of (W) 107 x (H) 64 x (D) 22 mm and a weight of 195 grams. A 2.7″ high definition LCD screen is embedded on this unit. Multi-segment, centre-weighted, spot are exposure metering and Programme, automatic, aperture-priority, shutter-priority are exposure modes. Exposure compensation is calculated as ±2 EV range, in 1/3 EV steps. In case of white balance one can control it automatically or there are other presets available. The presets include Cloudy, tungsten light, daylight, fluorescent light (cool white) and fluorescent light (daylight).
MPEG-4 is the digital video format and JPEG is the still image format. Details about the video capturing are MPEG-4 - 640 x 480 - 30 fps, MPEG-4 - 640 x 480 - 15 fps, MPEG-4 - 320 x 240 - 30 fps and MPEG-4 - 320 x 240 - 15 fps. Continuous shooting speed of 7 frames per second is facilitated in this camera.
In built camera flash is easy to use and functions effectively too. Fill-in mode, slow synchro, auto mode, flash OFF mode and red-eye reduction are the various flash modes offered and there is a facility for red eye reduction. Effective flash range is calculated within 0.3 m - 4.9 m. Images captured are stored with the help of its internal memory of 20MB, and an additional memory expansion slot suiting an SDcard or an SDHC is provided.

Self timer feature of 2 sec to 10 sec is supported, which lets you to set the capture time in this camera accordingly.
